Francesca leads the activities related to innovation and sustainability solutions for UniCredit's customers and communities in Italy. On sustainability, she is focused on the reinforcement of knowledge, tools and financial solutions to accompany towards the generation of impact. In the innovation area, she has developed Start Lab and the Founders' Club to strengthen innovative start-ups and innovation processes of Italian companies. She worked for over ten years in the IB division, holds a Masters and PhD in Economics from the University of York, together with a PhD in Environmental Economics. linkedin
