Hajdi is co-founder & CEO of a deep tech startup airt, which enables companies to easily automate business workflows using multi-agent AI teams. She was named among the top 100 most influential businesswomen in Croatia, nominated for the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award, and listed among the top 100 most important STEM entrepreneurs in Croatia. Hajdi is also one of the co-founders of PWMN Croatia, the association that promotes equality and gender-balanced leadership, served as the VP of the Croatian AI Association and now serves as the President of the Croatian Startup Ecosystem Association (Cro Startup). She is also the representative of the Croatian startup ecosystem with the EU and sits on the Board of European Startup Networks.
