Verena holds degrees in International Relations and PPE and has a background in Sustainable Finance. As Director Middle East for Innovation, Tech & Social Impact at Observer Research Foundation Middle East, she drives research along the intersection of Tech, Innovation and Social Impact with a view to the Global South. A Founding Partner at Avestu Capital and Mandatory Ventures, she advises HNWIs, FOs, VCs, and corporates. She developed the enhanced Delphi-based Scenario Analysis and Ethics Scorecard methodologies. Verena lectures in VC & Finance at ISM Munich, co-hosts a next gen impact investment circle, and connects high-level networks bridging the private and policy sectors.
