Waleed Khalil is the founder of DEN VC, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on deep tech startups in Africa and the Middle East. With over two decades of experience in consumer electronics manufacturing across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Egypt, Waleed previously served as a partner at Endure Capital, where he contributed to the emergence of four unicorns. He holds a degree in electronics engineering and an MBA in finance, and is a professor at the American University in Cairo.
